Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Pennyj.

I've reviewed our ongoing investigation about duplicate transactions being created and can confirm INV-130167 is still being investigated by Intuit's Product Investigations team. If you haven't had your account added to the investigation for email notifications, I'd recommend doing so. This way you'll receive emails about any updates relating to the case.

You can do so by contacting our Customer Care team, referencing the investigation, and what you're currently experiencing. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and add it to our list of affected users.

They can be reached while you're signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use your Help (?) icon.
  2. You can use QB Assistant and enter your question or topic. QB Assistant will provide options for you to get answers. Or, you can use the Search tab and enter a keyword or topic.
  3. If you're using QB Assistant, type in "Talk to an expert" to receive options for contacting Customer Care. In the event you're on your Search tab, select Contact us.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

As a workaround for the time being, you can exclude duplicate transactions from your books.

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful Thursday!
