Hi - I'm hearing about "condense data":  what do you do when you are using the Canadian version of Quickbooks Enterprise and the menu is missing?  

Quickbooks should force a backup prior to running Condense data and should provide a statement:  "For legal purposes, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the backup in case of an audit".

Our company file is painfully slow, but we need the historical data.  Creating a new company file with data transfer appears quite difficult.
