You can access your YTD paystub through QuickBooks Workforce or by generating the Payroll Summary by Employee report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Lindsey145.

If you're an employee, log into your QuickBooks Workforce account, provided your employer has enabled access, and easily view and download your Year-to-Date (YTD) paystubs. To do this using a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser and sign in to QuickBooks Workforce.
  2. Select Paychecks.
  3. Set the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.

For more details, check out this article: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

On the other hand, if you're an employer, you can pull up the Payroll Summary by Employee report from the Reports menu in QBO to obtain the information you need. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Reports menu.
  3. In the Standard reports section, scroll down to the Payroll section, then select Payroll Summary by Employee81.png
  4. Set a date range, then choose Apply.
  5. If you want to include or hide a specific detail in this report, select Customize, then click Run report.
