I appreciate you coming back to this thread, Daniell. Bills stuck in Draft mode can be challenging. Let's work together to get this sorted so your bills process smoothly.

 

To start, have you already tried the suggestion from @PrestigeD to reset the Intuit user IDs and permissions? If not, I recommend doing so, as misconfigured permissions or remaining settings tied to user roles can sometimes cause bills to get stuck in Draft mode.

 

However, if the problem persists after resetting the user accounts, I suggest contacting our live support team. They have tools to investigate the root cause in more detail and can help provide a tailored solution.

 

In the meantime, you can manually create bills without bill approval workflows enabled to bypass the draft mode restriction.
