We can troubleshoot your browser to resolve issues with selecting a vendor type, creating a JE, missing customers in invoices, and products and services, @Rich1661, @mvq.

 

First, let’s clear your browser’s cache and cookies specific to Intuit. This will eliminate any data that’s causing the problem. Alternatively, you can try using a different supported browser to ensure compatibility and rule out browser-specific issues.
