I've been testing a new invoice format.  I cannot get the Balance Forward info to appear consistently.  My tests have all been on the same test invoice.  About a month ago, the Balance Forward appeared.  A few days ago I couldn't get the Balance Forward to appear.  Yesterday, it appeared on my test invoice.  Great!  Today, it no longer appears.  

  I can't figure out what is impacting this inconsistency.
