Buy nowI started having this problem this morning. I've tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers (Chrome, Safari and Edge), including the incognito/private mode. When I called Intuit support, they told me it is an issue "since this morning". I was also given a bunch of scenarios saying that they made back-end changes to the user types. However, I changed to user type to "Company Admin" and I still have the same issues. It looks like this issue is not since this morning, but festering for more than a year.
We are unable to create any invoices either. I feel so helpless with Quickbooks and their lack of proper support to resolve issues in a timely manner.
