I can see that you're having trouble navigating through the new interface of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Chase. Let me walk you through the steps on how to split your transactions.

You can see the split option by going to your bank transactions, then clicking the dropdown button.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bank transactions, then locate the transaction you want to split.
  2. Under the Action tab, click the dropdown button.
  3. Select Split.
  4. After entering all the necessary information, click Split and post.

Once you successfully split the transactions, you can proceed to categorize the transactions to ensure they're categorized to their appropriate accounts.

If you need further assistance with the new update in QuickBooks, don't hesitate to reply. We'll be in touch anytime.
