Refer to the other thread about the new shipping manager.  These are features that NO ONE has access to and they aren't carried over from the legacy shipping manager.  Quickbooks support has made it clear they have no idea if/when these features will be available.  It's a significant problem for most businesses that ship B2B.  All of the posts here from QB will not help you as no one can access that.  Calling support won't help you.  You just have to suck it up until they actually release a version that works.  I wouldn't hold your breath.
