Each QuickBooks Online (QBO) account has its unique login credentials, HAM9.

If you add your clients under your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, you will need to enter their information. Then, your client will receive an invitation and set up their login credentials.

In that case, Intuit will have different login credentials for logging into both accounts, even if you are the primary admin for your client's QBO account.

About your second question, since you are the primary admin for both accounts, the primary name and email will be the same in both QBO and QBOA under Users and Teams.

For your last question, you won't see two separate sets of books. You can easily access your client's account through your QBOA account in the Clients list.

By utilizing this article, you can learn how to manage, add, and remove your client's information to keep track of clients and update your client's list.
