Cann't ship.. you don't get the popup when you select shipping, it asks to use the new or continue (with the old) I attached a screen print of the popup... My point is it has not stopped me...
other work around for now is to use Stamps.com to create labels...
I'm with you this new version is completely unusable... but it should not be stopping you.
