I cannot believe you work at QBE team and you have no idea about my problem. Please go back to the old shipping manager and choose UPS or FedEx, then change the payment to "freight collect (ups)" or "recipient (Fedex)". We need to be able to use customers own shipping account number to ship the package to them. Many customers require to use their shipping account to ship.

We also need to be able to ship multiple packages in ONE shipment. The old shipping manager has this feature.
