You can set up an external carrier account to manage your shipping needs, brvoltz.

 

When setting up Shipping Manager with your existing UPS account, the information you've added the first time will be your default shipping profile. For additional details, check out this link: Intuit QuickBooks Shipping Manager.

 

Regarding your other query, you can set up an additional external account since your existing UPS shipment profile can utilize one wallet account.

 

Please know that QuickBooks Shipping Manager supports multi-shipping shipments. To do this:

 

  1. Go to File and select Shipping Manager.
  2. Click Manage Carriers and navigate to the Additional Carrier tab.
  3. Select Connect Carriers, and choose UPS from the list.
  4. Enter your UPS account details.
  5. Enter your UPS username and password.
  6. Then, Authenticate Account.
