Any one figure out how to setup the default shipping profile (size / weight / service)?

anyone figure how to add your account so you do not have use this wallet?  No need for CC to be added, have a account.

Did anyone at QB look at the old shipping manager when creating this new system.. It seem they completely missed the mark on this one...

Like others I need to be able to put in other UPS account numbers so the shipping is billed to the correct account, can not see how to do this...
