QuickBooks Online (QBO) has been rolling out a beta feature that lets you automatically collect customer feedback, glskunks.
We sent email communications to selected customers that the Post-Invoice Survey option will be automatically enabled. To turn it off, we can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Navigate to the Sales tab and edit the Post-invoice survey.
- Switch the Post-invoice survey off.
- Click Save and Done.
