I had this exact issue & looked up the directions provided in this forum. THEY DO WORK.

Follow the directions to adjust fine alignment issues and change the VERTICAL SETTING ONLY TO -33.00 (negative 33) 

This fixed my issue! It now aligns perfectly with the standard double window envelopes I have used for years.
