It's not the experience we want you to have with your canceled pending transactions, Lswinery.

To determine why, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They can securely access your account and check the transactions.

Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Click the Search option and type "contact support."
  3. Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
  4. Enter the question, keyword, or topic you require assistance with.
  5. Follow the prompts, then choose a way to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.

For more detailed information about the support hours of our QBO Live Support Team, refer to this article: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

Additionally, you can utilize this article to learn more about the timeline for receiving customer payments in your bank account after processing: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Once the transactions are in, you can categorize and reconcile them to ensure that your data matches your bank and credit card statements.

If you have more questions regarding your pending transactions or any QuickBooks-related concerns, just hit the Reply button. We're here to assist you and provide the support you need.
