Buy nowWe are a very simple retail business that does not need sophisticated accounting programs. When we first started using computerized Bookkeeping software about 10 years ago QB was pretty much the only game in town that offered reasonable accounting needs at a fairly affordable price for our small business. We currently use QB Pro Plus 2022 Desktop and are now facing the discontinuation of this version as of May 31, 2025. We will not upgrade to the new version as suggested by QB for two reasons. One we don't use or need many of the features in the newer versions. But, primarily, the reason is the cost. My question is, will we still be able to post transactions in out current version after the May deadline or will it be blocked? I realize we will not be able to use the payroll add on and we will not receive support or updates. But, will we physically able to post to our QB and get reports.?
