While the platform is a web-based service, it also relies on your computer or device's processing power, the amount of available memory (RAM), and bandwidth of your internet connection to perform as intended. A shortfall in any area can reduce performance.

Initially, I'd recommend making sure you meet each of the platform's system requirements. Intuit also recommends using Google Chrome to get the best experience possible. If you're already using Chrome, ensure you're using the browser's latest release by going to your Chrome menu, Help, then About Google Chrome.

Also be sure to confirm the operating system you're using is up-to-date. You can additionally verify your internet speed (bandwidth) isn't limiting the experience by running a Google Speed Test.
