Thank you for your reply. I do understand that the design is mostly created for the users who send invoices and other sales options via email or text.
To summarize your answer to my questions:
- The Bill To Box width is not customizable.
- Question about another template option was not directly answered -- so I assume there is not a template for printed invoices.
While I understand that Quickbooks Online/Intuit desires more invoices to be sent by email/text and pay by credit card etc. -- this usually means more revenue for QB. Realistically, not all of QBO users have customers that desire to pay their invoices with credit card or ACH or to receive invoices electronically.
As for feedback -- I have done that and will continue.
