If the former president forgot the user ID or password but can access the phone or email, you can still recover the account by following the steps below.
- Go to our sign-in help page, then enter the phone number, email address, or user ID.
- You'll receive a verification code via text or email. For user ID, choose your preferred method.
- Enter the code or follow the instructions, and you may need to verify your identity further.
- Reset your password or select Skip.
