  1. Open QuickBooks and go to Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact US or press F1 on your keyboard.

  3. Enter your concern in the description box and select Continue.
  4. If you can't find answers to your questions, select Contact Us to be connected to an expert for help. Please know that the Contact Us option will display after searching for an article.
  5. Choose how you would like to connect with our team on the 'How would you like to connect with us?' page. You can either select 'Have us call you' or 'Chat with us.'

 

Please also keep their support hours for convenience when connecting to the right expert.
