Agree. This is nuts. Ill have to go back to my old billing system. Needing to get a customer on the phone with all their CC info in order to refund them brings both me and my customer backwards 20yrs.  Its extremely inconvenient for both parties. Also, my PCI compliance information would have to be changed to reflect this. Bummed since QB payments worked well for my needs up to this point.
