Buy nowI am having issues when restoring files from a full Desktop Pro 2009 backup to a Desktop Pro 2019 version. I successfully have restored 1 of my 16 company files so far, but the last 6 have failed after attempting to perform the upgrade. The file appears to restore fine. When I attempt to open it after restore, I am prompted for password. Once I put in the password, it prompts me to update. After I click the update button, it appears to be converting. Then, at the end, it tells me it couldn't update my company file. Has anyone else experienced this? I can tell you that the only successful conversion I have had so far required me to rename the company file by removing special characters in the name. But this did not help the company files that are now failing.
