Thank you for the info.  I did try it but unfortunately, it’s a solution that is not working well for me.  (QB premier edition 2019) I can login into a file, but I get a pop up that locks me out and I have to use task manager to shut off QuickBooks. 

When I  login back in the program works.  I am not sure what will me more annoying getting asked to login in and postponing the question for 7 more days or having  to restart the QB file.

I am still looking for other accounting options, unfortunately Quick Books has a decent product.  I am not a fan of the online version.
