@Meir4RE: The update didn't helped me, but I found a workaround...
Are you sure you have R13? Check the F2 dialog window for your release.
Also, note that if you tried to fix and then re-memorized the report using the broken R12, then it'll appear messed up in R13, because the R12 code is trash.
