We have a similar issue with Item Notes. I have Admin privileges, and the Notes work fine for me. But for other people with lesser privileges the notes act strange. They can enter a new note, but when selecting a different Item the note from the previous Item remains. The only way to see the note for the new Item is to close the Inventory Center and reopen it. Each time. I suspect there may be some permission they need, but which one? Tracking sown permissions for things like this is very difficult. We have QuickBooks Enterprise desktop 23.0. A verify and rebuild was done a week ago. There were few errors for the rebuild to fix.
