Hi @NicoleAscencionS  and team. I'm not clear on how your reply applies to my situation. What I need is some guidance on troubleshooting steps to take where banking reconciliation is taking many times longer when multi user hosting is enabled on the database server, compared to when it is turned off from the client installed on the database server. There are no errors. The process completes but it takes sever hours versus minutes, when multi user is turned off. Conversely, we don't have this issue on a second, separate infrastructure where qb is used.
