I truly hate to hear you're still running into the same issue with the estimates in QuickBooks Online.

 

The best way to get this problem addressed is to reach out to the QuickBooks Online Support Team once more. This can be done with the steps mentioned previously by my colleague above. A Support Team agent will be able to look into the investigation to give you a progress update and get this issue further escalated if need be.
