I have experienced the same issue and spend NUMEROUS HOURS on the phone with QB. The issue is not resolved yet. Interestingly: some resources do show on the invoice, others do not. 

 

This is CORE functionality required to be able to invoice customers properly.

 

Lets not even talk about not being able to set UI insurance rates properly because QB comes back with an message that it is out of range, while it isn't. Also contacted QB about that twice now, with always the same result, to e-mail the notice, followed by radio silence and no resolution.
