I'm here to address your concern with this query with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account, Ainav.

 

First, open the sample file, then repair and reinstall QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Here's how:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). 
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Follow the steps below to reinstall. Here's how:

 

  1. Open the Windows Start menu. Search for “Control Panel”, then open Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
  3. From the list of programs, select the version of QuickBooks Desktop you want to remove.
  4. Select Uninstall/ChangeRemove, and then Next.  
  5. If you don’t see this option, sign out and sign back into Windows as an admin (or a user with admin rights).
