PRICE RULES need to be fixed to accommodate PROFESSIONAL SERVICS customer needs for rules to able to create a rule for an employee or customer that says:

"Increase employee hourly bill rate/price x 1.5 when employee weekly worked hours exceeds 40 hours worked"

The effect needed would be if an employee works 42 hours for the week, and the QBO company bill rate to the customer is $100 hourly. Then for 40 hours the QBO bill rate would be $100 and for 2 hours of the week QBO would adjust the bill rate to the customer to be $150 hourly.

This would allow for QBO to have dynamic billing for customers for Professional Service businesses for employees that work overtime (as required by labor laws where employee are paid x 1.5 over 40 hours weekly and we need way in QBO to also be able to adjust the Billing Rate/Price similarly when over 40 hours which QBO currently cannot do. Right now rules only seem useable for business that sell only "goods", but not for Professional Services. A common issue for QBO where QBO does not seem to understand Professional Service business needs.
