As long as you want to keep using Enhanced Payroll, you'll need to renew your Pro Plus subscription every year. Otherwise, switch to QB Desktop with a non-subscription license and use a stand-alone payroll app. You will register payroll expenses manually in QB Desktop with journal entries to lower your costs.
