Hello Fiat Lux - Asia , Chrea suggested I contact you for assistance.  I bought a legit version of 2022 desktop pro plus from Ebay.  It arrived and installed with no issues.  I am trying to activate the software and ideally register it as well if possible.  All attempts at contacting QB via phone and on line chats on multiple occasions have proven to be fruitless.  I have created an account  which I can log into, but it says no software is associated with my account.  I have the license and product ID.  The software is set up and ready to go, but I need the validation code or a work around.  I have my previous files backed up from the 2015 version to work with.   I have tried to log into camps, but not sure I understand the process correctly.  I used my license as the user id, and the product code as the password, which did not work.  Id be grateful for any assistance you could provide.   Thank you in advance
