  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Open and install the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  5. Click QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
  6. Try to download the PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
