The Collections Center is useless for many as just an admin accessible item.  Most companies do not have their department head doing collections calls and mailings. QuickBooks shouldn't decide who gets to use what areas of QuickBooks, the admin should have the right to assign users to whatever section or item of QuickBooks they deem necessary for their company to run effectively.
