This "automated system" has hung up on me multiple times and does not allow me to contact or reach a Customer Servicer Representative. This is the absolute worst thing you can do to paying clients on an ongoing basis with subscription services. I am beyond frustrated that QB does not have a dedicated CS line. Come on!
