To reach them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Enter the question, keyword, or topic you need help with.

 

When reaching our QuickBooks Online Support Team, please make sure to know the availability hours to make sure your concern will be getting in touch.

 

Here's the best time to contact:

 

  • Phone support for QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise is available Monday –Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET).
  • Messaging Support for QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Premier is available Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET). Enterprise messaging support is available Monday to Monday–Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET).

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. In the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Hit the Contact Us button.
  4. From the text box, type in your concern.
  5. Click Chat with us.

 

It is important to note however that our support hours are as follows: Plus, Essentials, Simple Start M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. If you have Advanced, they are open 24/7.
