As my colleague @AlverMarkT mentioned, Intuit has officially announced that, for now, there will only be an update to the existing software known as QuickBooks 2024 R11_20, which was launched on November 15, 2024. Consequently, there will not be a 2025 version of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
For you to be able to check what version you have, follow the steps given below:
- In your QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select F2 (or Ctrl+1) to access the Product Information window.
- Check your current version and release.
Check to see if the latest release is available for your version of QuickBooks Desktop.
