I appreciate the update, @nzaczkowski

Since you're certain this isn't a user issue, and you've run updates and used our quick fix tool, let's try a clean install of QuickBooks. A clean install renames your QuickBooks folders to fix company file issues.

First, you'll need to uninstall QuickBooks from your computer. Please know this will not erase any of your data.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Windows Start menu. Search for “Control Panel”, then open Control Panel.
  2. Choose Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
  3. From the list of programs, select your version of QuickBooks Desktop you want to remove.
  4. Click on Uninstall/Change, Remove, and then Next.
    • If you don’t see this option, sign out and sign back into Windows as an admin (or a user with admin rights).

Now you're ready to reinstall. You can use this download link: QuickBooks Downloads. Please make sure you save your License and Product number for the new install.

Let me know if you continue to have issues. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply. Take care!
