HELP !!!!

How do we escalate the importance of adding the "ship date" field under Customer, Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet.   We have customers that have a later ship date and it's not productive to go into each "open" item just to see the ship date field.  We need to hit our customers expectations and having this field present or the ability to customize it to your dashboard seems to be a no brainer.
