Here’s how to contact our customer care team for assistance:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search option.
  3. Click on the Contact Us button to provide details of your concern.
  4. Proceed by clicking Continue.

 

While you are troubleshooting, I suggest using a supported browser for an optimal and secure experience to manage your QuickBooks Online.

 

Additionally, after your customers have made their payments, you can record payments to mark your invoices as paid, ensuring accuracy in your account.
