I am following up on whether the ability to customize packing slips in QuickBooks Online has been rectified or whether we still sit with an issue of not being able to customize these further. I note that the "ship to" address has been included but want to remove the following:

• Email contact details, telephone number and website link in the section where entity name appears. By entity I am referring to the entity that will be packing the goods, not the customer.
• Bill to data
• Invoice type data
