There are two potential alternatives to consider. First, you can explore a third-party application to export your item list, including quantity discounts. To find suitable applications tailored to your business needs, visit the QuickBooks Marketplace and use the search tab to browse available apps.

Second, you can follow the recommendations provided by my colleague RheaMaeH above. Consider generating the Inventory Item QuickReport or the Price List report. These reports will give you the financial information you need, which you can then export to an Excel file for further analysis and customization.
