To acquire a Form W-9, you'll need to download and fill it out manually. Once completed, you can print it and mail it to your tax agency. 

As my colleague shared in this thread, this form isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for the following reasons:

• Intuit is a corporation.
• In the General Instructions for Certain Information Returns lists, the payments made to corporations aren't reportable.
• Intuit's services aren't part of the list of payments to corporations that must be reported.
