Thanks for your follow-up response, Ugur01. I'll share further inputs when converting PDF bank statements into a QuickBooks-compatible format.

 

As mentioned by my colleague above, QuickBooks primarily utilizes the QuickBooks Online format when importing bank transactions. With that, the ability to manually convert PDF bank statements to a QBO extension in QuickBooks Desktop is unavailable.

 

As a workaround, you may consider utilizing third-party providers to help meet this feature so you can upload banking entries into your account. You can refer to the detailed steps shared by JanbonN in this thread.

 

Once everything comes in handy, it’s best to regularly review and reconcile your accounts to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements.
