Yes, you can, MFS2024. I'll gladly walk you through the steps below to purchase the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

Your QBDT Pro allows up to three users to work in the same company file. Please follow the steps below to complete the process:

 

  1. In QuickBooks, go to Help.
  2. Select Manage My License and Buy Additional User License. If Buy Additional User License isn't available, your QuickBooks already has the maximum number of users.
  3. Choose if you want to buy licenses online or by phone. Follow directions on how to add user licenses.
  4. Install QBDT on additional computers based on the number of licenses you have.
  5. Use the same license and product numbers you have to install QBDT.
  6. After you install, follow the prompts to activate the QBDT program.

 

Once done, proceed to the Sync your license data section of this article to update your new license info: Add a user license to your QuickBooks software.

 

Moreover, you can consider setting up a private cloud environment, especially since you want to avail additional user licenses. You'll only need internet access to let every user handle your company file while using SDK to access QuickBooks.
