If you have forgotten your license or product number, I can assist you in locating it. We have stored your information if you registered before. Rest assured that we are doing this to help you locate information quickly using our tool. To proceed, visit this page: Locate Your License or Product Number.
From there, type in the Business email or Business phone you used when purchasing. Depending on which you choose, you'll receive an email with the product license number. Once done, click the Find license and product number button.
For QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, or Enterprise) :
- Access QuickBooks Desktop and press the F2 key.
- In the Product Information window look for your product name, product number, and license number.
- Look for your release at the end of the product name.
Tip: If you bought a digital version of QuickBooks Desktop from our website, your product info is the original purchase confirmation email.
- Look for your version in the Version Used on File section. The list is sorted by date with the oldest version at the top and most recent at the bottom.
Another way to access or view your license number is via CAMPS. As long as you registered your product, you can always get your info online. Visit your account management portal (CAMPS) to get your product and license number. If you purchased QuickBooks from a retail store, look for this label on the original packaging next to the UPC Code.
