I'm here to provide a way to retrieve access to your old QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Quad.

 

Since you no longer use the email address linked to that account, we can use the account recovery form to update the info. Please note that we'll process the changes within one business day. Our business hours are M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM PT.

 

Beforehand, please ensure you're the primary admin user in your account. Once ready, follow the steps below to request an account information modification:

 

  1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
  2. Open the Recover My Account link.
  3. On the What do you want to update? field, select Email.
  4. Fill out the necessary details, then click Continue.
  5. Scan the  QR code to auto-capture photos of your government-issued ID or click Can't scan QR code?, then Upload ID manually to add your ID or document.

 

After that, please expect an email from no_response@intuit.com within one business day with further instructions. If your request is approved, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

Once you regain access to your old account, you can re-subscribe to the program.
