Oh, how I wish I had thought about that before I paid the $600 for the 2024 upgrade - because I believed that since I could no longer log into my 2017 version, and tech support couldn't figure out the reason why, and more or less told me my only option was to upgrade or go to the online version.  Then, it ends up I had even more trouble logging into the 2024 version.  Since the 2017 log-in issue started all of the sudden, I'm guessing that there was some sort of conflict with another program after an update or something.
